Well, monday was gloomy as usual - reluctant to go to school(as usual).

we had in 1 and 2. I guess nothing can replace that feeling. Not to forget Belle as well.

GD was pathetic. Simply a failure - though it was just as expected from SPF. What made it
awesome was the atmosphere and the people around - friends, teachs and the SPF spirit. Hey,
excluding the food, I think it was not-that-bad. Lee gave me leftover noodles which i reluctantly
took along with me. Can't refuse a gracious offer made by a Teach' right? That's just me. Too soft. I know it - but it can't be helped.
I wish I could change it, I simply hate my personality - but I guess that can only happen in
the next year - this rambling could go on and on so i'll stop here.

Went to a nearby coffeeshop with old friends - sat down and they chatted with each other in some alien language that I ... hate. But still, enjoyable and sweet. Expected more from a few people but glad YQ was there to brighten me up.

Not to forget - which I DID - left something on the table that was important. O wow, I hope Lee
don't find it out lol.

Friday was a fresh day - fresh morning, yeah. No hints of fatigue when I woke up. Grinning to the celing - yeah I know, it looks retarded but hey, no one saw me*Smile*.

The prominent event today was after SPF. Was relucant to go but I succumbed - or more like -
lost the battle against laziness. Booked the room for 1.30, didn't work. Expected though. Don't have to be Zhugeliang to tell what's going to happen next. (Basically, the room was invaded by a few boys.) Y'know, I was being serious when I said that, but my heartfelt thanks to the rest who
left me alone. I salute you.

True Remembrance

Completed another visual novel today entitled True Remembrance.
It is a story of a boy - Blackiris, a girl - La and
a disease - The Dolor .

This VN had such an impact on me that it makes me look back into my past and
ponder whether I would be better off without memories. Killing memories is like
killing people. The ones that hurt the most will be the one's that remember what you
have forgottened about them.

In the case of this VN, The Dolor is a disease that acts on the bad memories of
one's brain and its result cause mental breakdown which will, in the end, lead to death.


The City
Refered to by name names among those who know of its existence,
the City is a large complex located in remote part of the country, isolated
from both spirit and truth. As Blackiris puts it, this is " ... the so-called city
where memories come to die" - it is here that terminal cases of Psyche
Corrosion are sent in order to be treated by the Mnemonicide Protocol.
If you were to ask Blackiris what the City's defining characteristic is,
he'd tell you it's "white, white like a clean room"; however, only thinks
that because it is a vast improvement from the murky environment
he used to live. In truth, it's no more or less white - or clean - than any other
town in the country. Unlike any other town though, there are many things that are
conspicuously missing in the City: for instance, clocks, cares and telephones. The gates
of the City are strictly guarded - no one can pass in or out without
passing through a comprehensive security checkpoint.
In other words, it was like a prison to these Mnemonicides.


The story starts off with a girl named La supposingly to be treated for a long-term case of Psyche Corrosion. The duo started off being quite reserved with each other. As time passes, both of them warmed up to one other through solving problems such as a few minor cases of Psyche Corrosion cases from other people that seek to erase their memories to run away from the pain.
The story progresses slowly by intricately revealing the thoughts of the individuals of each other whilst they try to live on a daily life. However, soon after 1 month, the girl sang a song
that was sung by Blackiris's close friend whom he had to erase the memories of. Being a Class Omega, the song seeps through the fingers of Blackiris who tried his best not to reminisce the painful past he had threw away up till now. Less does he know that the song was slowly leeching away all his memories of his past and everything present. La sang while tears flowed from her eyes, she could not watch Blackiris suffer anymore and decided to save him by erasing his memories. Somehow, Blackiris managed to whisper in her ear, "I love you" and that made her flush red. Both embraced each other. Soon, Blackiris explained that he wants to share memories with her, and without these memories, he would rather be better off dead. Amidst the tears, they nodded in unison that they both love each other and will escape to another city to live on to make new memories with each other.

The game itself stretches on over a span of two days if you read continuously. The prominent fact is that this will definitely etch into my memories and will not forget this meaningful yet touching and romantic story.

of events, feelings and surprises that the reader often doesn't realize he's
entangled in until it's far too late. The fact of the matter is, everystory that's worth telling
has already been told. But no story has ever been told your way until you tell it
and that's what makes writing - any good writing - worth reading. "

Phew, just finished Brass Restoration. Together with some headache laid on a platter waiting
for me to eat .

That visual novel was totally awesome. Verging on epicness(considering it was a free one).
Also, the comedy implemented in this VN was also a plus. Heck, I love how they
reply each other with sarcastic statements. It breaks the norm. (To be truthful, i'm learning the way on how they converse.)


Kouri and Yui's route was both touching and enjoyable at the same time.
Well, since i'm bored perhaps i'll state their personallity out. Don't be confused though,
virtual and reality doesn't go well hand in hand.

Kouri is an expressive girl and seemed to have this love-at-first sight crush on the main character. Her smile brings joy and delight to anyone despite the plight they are in(for example
when the main character lost his arm and couldn't play the drums anymore, just by looking
at her pure, innocent smile made him optimistic again).
Kouri lacks self confidence in herself in such areas such as cooking and playing the piano
when she can cook and play so well. Which also leads her to apologizing frequently without
considering the main character's feelings(for example, when the main character was at fault,
she apologized and made the main character feel indebted to her as the one apologizing should be
him). Overall, she is an optimistic girl that will do everything for her boyfriend(the main character) including quitting music which she had been learning ever since young.



There are various endings but I personally prefer 2 out of the 6(...I think).
The first one would be the
[Walking with the two of us]
Where the main character was so utterly depressed on how he failed miserably in playing the
drums that he was once so daft in. Kouri, who never once skipped the music club once, without hesitation asked him to go out on a date to cheer him up. After the end of their date, they talked about their problems with each other and solve it(with the power of love; cliche but its touching).
In the end, Kouri confessed her love for the main character a few times and vice versa. Pretty
hard to explain in words the touching scene they shared with one another(since it's supposed to be a brief summary).
The next would be
[The person I like]
From the same storyline as before, it deviates to a different route when I chose an alternate option given. Back to when they main character was depressed and skipped school for a week, Kouri went through different sources to locate his house, and despite the pouring rain, she knocked a few times on the main character's house door. However, he didn't respond to her and continued in his thoughts. The next moment when the knocking stopped, the main character turned over to the side of his bed only to be astonished by a crying girl; Kouri, an expression so sad that it's almost impossible for me to describe(well you get the picture.. somewhat).

They talked for a bit and a had a minor arguement. Solving nothing. However, the main character knows very well on Kouri's well intentions but his emotions got the better of him, making him feel even worse when Kouri kept apologizing as if it was her fault(... nearly teared at this scene). In the end, she gave a kiss to the main character to show her care and concern, also to show how worried she had been over him. She said, "I know you will come back. I'll be waiting for you. Please come see Kouri when you come back. I cannot imagine a life without you"(or something similar to that... well the music does play a part in adding the emotions to the game. This is one of the most touching scenes in the VN). After thinking for a day, the main character decided to return back and visited the music club the day after. He did a formal apology to the whole club whom welcomed him back without criticizing him in any way. The main character decided that he would give up music as a career out of his own will and trust Kouri to play music

for him. On the other hand, Kouri decided that she would be his left hand(the one that he lost in the accident) and play the piano for him. After the soothing sonata performed by Kouri, they

kissed each other passionately and thus concluding the game for Kouri.



The description may be lacking and very vague as the pictures and BGM plays a very important role in the ambience of the VN.



I guess i'll post Yui's route up another day. I feel satisfied for today. Other than the headache.

And that's what we did.

The complain about "upset economy" is actually a misconception from most players because when the game first begin, Vis was low and its value was very high (reference this to Geovanni server when it first started.) Then when many players joined, including many players started botting, Vis was overflowed and its value has caused serious inflation to the economy. Then IAH/IMC modified the game (took away our cheap microphones and caused the Colony Wars to suck by server-merging etc.), many players and botters quited, and naturally the Vis is lower and its value is higher. From these aspects, I say the economy is normal now rather than upset. Those raiders/farmers who says ABS caused the upset economy are overrated, because it is unfair to blame ABS for this natural economy. For example, you farmed many DHr, and you sell them 1 by 1 at ridiculous prices, and call this fair? On the contrary, you blaming paying players for acquiring the DHr from ABS and denying your monopoly of these rare items? Come one, give me a break, nobody should be blamed for the current economy, it is natural, and it is what IAH/IMC wants it to become because it is good for majority of us. Very simple, you don't want to paytard, you raid/farm harder to get what you want, but you want to paytard to get what you want, there should be something like ABS/Hron/Coimbra Shuffle, this is why they are invented anyways for scamming the paytards. Everyone pays for the ingame things, be it with real money or sweat.@Kaioujin, can IAH modified ABS to mimic the Coimbra Shuffle? Same loots as theirs, same rates and same pricing (4.7k GP each search) ? Or is Hron boxes supposed to replace ABS for this purpose? Seriously, I believe most players don't mind paying for it, ever since IAH already got them addicted to the 10k GP per 100 searches anyways.
